Jeremy Jensen Chosen as Industrial SIOR of the Year!

by

On Friday, December 2nd, the Utah SIOR Chapter (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) held our annual awards luncheon at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Winebar to recognize the accomplishments of our SIORS in both Office and Industrial categories.

This year's SIOR of the Year in the Industrial category was our very own Jeremy Jensen!

Our event was fun-filled with distinguished guests and delicious food. We enjoyed presentations from Salt Lake Economic Development and Envision Utah about the Prison Relocation Project and welcomed the opportunity to celebrate our amazing Utah SIORs.

Do small things with great love

At IPG, the effort to recapture the true meaning and importance of the holiday spirit begins with each of us. We feel it is important to take the time during the holiday season to give to those people who are in need. Whether to donate time or money, giving back is beneficial and not just for the recipients.

On his way into work this morning, Michael dropped in to a local retirement home with bagels.

IPG is thankful for YOU!

Our thoughts are turned to our clients and friends this holiday season, in grateful appreciation for making what we do possible.

We wish you a wonderful time this Thanksgiving!

Moving Dirt

Construction has commenced for UPS on their new regional mega distribution center at 6400 West and 700 South and also for Post on their new regional distribution center at 5600 West and 2100 South. It's a real thrill to be so involved in planning and real estate strategy for so long and then visit a site today and see these massive projects becoming reality.  If you're thinking about a new build to suit lease or ready to own your next building, give us a call, we'd love to help your real estate dream become a reality too.

IPG See's West Side Opportunities

by

With the recent sales handled by IPG, of iconic westside buildings,  including the former Hostess Bakery outlet at 708 W North Temple  and the historic 1930's era LDS chapel at 129 N 600 W IPG is bullish on the gentrification happening west of I 15 near downtown Salt Lake City. Both buildings mentioned have or will go through major renovations and are being reused in ways that support the neighborhoods,  and the community at large.  With a current listing assignment at 134 South 700 West,  we paid special note to this article in Utah Business Magazine today. Take a look and call with questions.
