Population in US Counties

by

We recently came across this interesting map from Business Insider below. They determined that half of the US population reside in just 146 of the 3,000 counties. You can read more about it here: http://www.businessinsider.com/half-of-the-united-states-lives-in-these-counties-2013-9#ixzz38mjPnBiM

We are constantly using demographics and other powerful mapping tools to help our clients analyze and really understand the valuable information that is out there. This may seem like a small fact but it could play a huge role in making real estate decisions.

“I AM NOT BOUND TO WIN, BUT I AM BOUND TO BE TRUE. I AM NOT BOUND TO SUCCEED, BUT I AM BOUND TO LIVE BY THE LIGHT THAT I HAVE. I MUST STAND WITH ANYBODY THAT STANDS RIGHT, AND STAND WITH HIM WHILE HE IS RIGHT, AND PART WITH HIM WHEN HE GOES WRONG.”

The IPG’ers donned their official 2014 Softball Challenge Jerseys and made a day of it last Thursday at Sugarhouse park.

We had a great time hanging out together and playing a unique player against player softball game where points were scored for offensive and defensive plays.  The top three points winners got prizes and everybody enjoyed a catered BBQ lunch after the game.

We take our business as serious as we do having a good time.  Give us a call on your next industrial real estate project, or to get on the roster for our next fun event!

But it's surprising the beauty you find-- Japanese gardens, beautiful skies and mountain views, remnants of an agricultural past, and even a funny sign or two. Click through and enjoy!
