The entire IPG team enjoyed a well deserved vacation to Costa Rica. We enjoyed 7 beautiful days in this incredible country. The culture was amazing, the beaches were picturesque, the howler monkeys were noisy, the dolphins were incredibly accommodating, and the trip will long be remembered.
The Utah Commercial Real Estate Symposium was once again a fantastic success. Our own Jeremy Jensen was the Master of Ceremonies to the sold out event with 550 people in attendance. Sam Chandan from Chandan Economics and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania was the keynote speaker. Jeremy Jensen was also honored as the Utah Chapter CCIM of the Year. Congratulations Jeremy!
A big congratulations goes out to our own Jeremy Jensen for the successful execution of the first ever “CCIM Business Excellence Awards”. As president of the Utah CCIM chapter, Jeremy came up with the idea for the event to showcase the accomplishments of Utah commercial real estate practitioners who exemplify the highest degree of business excellence. The black tie event was a classy affair with over 300 attendees ranging from Utah’s top commercial agents, business owners and executives, developers, and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designees. Our own Michael Jeppesen was nominated for Industrial Broker of the year which is a very great honor.
Congratulations goes out to all of the finalists and winners. What an honor it is to have such excellent people and companies representing the state of Utah and helping the commercial real estate economy thrive.

It’s official! Innovision Property Group is officially IPG Commercial Real Estate. After what seemed like an eternity, our new company name and brand is alive and breathing. Documents have been changed, our new website is up, our For Sale and For Lease signs are all over the marketplace, and we are as excited and as motivated as ever!
If you’ve ever created a new brand or started a new company you know exactly what we have just been through. The idea is to take everything that is near and dear to the heart and makes up the life blood of the company and graphically portray this vision with a twitter size chunk of text and broadcast it to the world in hopes of finding like minded companies and individuals who need your services.
These last 6 years have been an exciting adventure as we’ve created our unique brand of commercial real estate company. It has been challenging, but it has also been enlightening and rewarding too.
The fact that our company revenues doubled from 2010 to 2011, in a down economy with a real estate focus is somewhat of a miracle and something we are VERY grateful for.
